I’ve interviewed two Chinese medicine practitioners in Hong Kong, one is a native and the other is a Taiwanese with studying and working experiences in the mainland, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
I feel excited to finish my final project in a multimedia format-a combination of text, photos, audio, video and even user interaction- since so far most of the work I’ve done is neither in text nor in video.
This is a photo of Chinese medicine shop. It is common to see Chinese medicine shops along the streets in Hong Kong, where 96 per cent of the population is of Chinese decent. Although dominated by Western medicine for more than 150 years, many people still keep the habit of resorting to Chinese medicine.
